Keep a copy first
To request a copy of your available data, email hello@moriurban.com. Save the copy before deleting your account. The app does not currently include an export control in Settings.
Delete in the app
- Open Solo Run and go to account settings.
- Choose “Delete account.”
- Read the confirmation and approve the permanent deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@moriurban.com from the address attached to your account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before acting.
What deletion means
Your account and associated run content are removed from active systems. Limited records may remain for a short period in backups, or longer where needed for legal duties, security and fraud prevention. Those records are not used to provide an active account.
This cannot be undone.
Request and save a copy first if you may want the record later.
